Alba Botanica

This is the best day cream that I’ve found for my combination skin. It makes my skin smooth but not greasy. This is the first face product that I’ve tried from Alba Botanica, and I’ve been happy with the results. It’s a keeper!

Burt’s Bees

Burt’s Bees beauty products are my go-to regardless of destination. I love the ease of the facial cleansing wipes, especially after a late night out.

And the lip balm is perfect for outdoorsy activities!

The Body Shop

The Body Shop bath and beauty products are my favorite way to layer a delicious scent. Check out how I use scent to imprint travel memories. I love to use layered products to create instant future-reminders of our treasured getaways.

Covergirl

Covergirl beauty products are my favorite way to add cruelty-free products to my travel bag. They are inexpensive, so I can stock up and still have plenty of funds left over for fruity cocktails.

Hair Products

This Miracle Leave-in Product by It’s a 10 Haircare is the best I’ve found for wavy hair like mine.

And because I have fine hair, I was happy to recently find the It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-in Product Lite formula:

Best Combs for Fine Hair

When I read somewhere that combs made from sandalwood are great for fine hair, I knew I had to give one a try. I love mine because it doesn’t cause static in my hair the way that a plastic comb does. I use a wide-toothed sandalwood comb for detangling and a fine-toothed one to tease volume at my roots. I’ve given these as gifts to fine-haired friends, and they love them too. Who knew this was the product that my hair was missing.

Let’s be honest. As much as we all miss travel, it does come with its own set of beauty-busters:

  • jet lag
  • overindulgence
  • a disrupted sleep schedule

Self-care and staying hydrated are key.

I’m happy to have these beauty products in my travel bag to stay looking my best what ever adventure awaits!
